Girls Night

This was definitely our best girls night yet. A slumber party at The Marriott with 7 of my good friends, no kids, alarm clocks or snooze buttons for that matter and lots of sugar! (mostly cinnabears)

Who would have thought our girls night would have included a couple rounds of Mario Cart. Although, there is no competition when Meiken is involved. As you can tell by her face...this is serious business!

Ashley brought homemade pizza dough and showed us all of her tricks.

We all brought toppings to share and ended up with 3 amazing pizza's.

Berry Swirl is open til midnight so of course we did a yogurt run across the street, had pumpkin facial peels and the girls entrusted their faces to my waxing skills. I have such great friends. Thanks girls for a fun night!

This is what I came home to. Love you two! Rob had a great time with Gracey while I was gone and even put her in a cute dress for my arrival.

Harmony's Birthday was on Monday. We had a pizza party to celebrate!

Aunt Harmony was teaching Gracey how to blow out candles.

THESE PICTURES ARE FOR ALL OF MY FRIENDS (and you know who you are) WHO ARE ALWAYS COMPLAINING ABOUT HOW YOUR HOUSE IS CLUTTERED OR NEEDS TO BE CLEANED. I HOPE THESE PICTURES OF MY HOUSE IN SHAMBLES WILL MAKE YOU SIT DOWN AND RELAX WITH YOUR HUBBY AND ENJOY A BOWL OF ICE CREAM...THE DUST CAN WAIT GIRLS, IT COULD BE WORSE!

Kitchen half way to demolition. We will see what tomorrow will bring!
In the mean time we have a great 2nd home up the street at the Marriott.

The best story I have from demolition so far is from today. I always bring treats to my mechanic when he works on my car. He is a long time patient and has become a friend. Well, being out of a kitchen and stuck home this morning, I decided to bake some brownies next door at the Rose's house. They were out of town and we keep our doors open to each other so I helped myself to their oven. I brought my perfect brownies back to the house to cool. When it came time to cut and place in the container I had to use the floor since the workers were busy in the kitchen. I placed the brownies on the floor and went to grab a spatula off the counter. When I turned back around Gracey had both feet in my pan of brownies stomping and laughing. Stinker!

Here is our other home

Ok...now on to the fun stuff. We have celebrated Harmony and Tiffany's birthdays in the last few weeks and had a visit from the Mays and my mom. Here are some pics:

Out for a cruise with daddy

This is Gracey's favorite toy outside. This is because she knows that they turn on the sprinklers, which if you haven't caught on by now... my daughter is obsessed with water.

Grandma May and Gracey, on our way to the pool. A huge Thank You to Eric and Mariah who let us use their house as a hotel for Rob's parents!

Erinn and Gracey playing with Ella.

My mom tries to get a grandkid picture every single time we hang out. We all humor her but frankly it is getting close to impossible with our wild kids. This was the best one...sorry mom!

Happy Birthday Tiff!

This was a special gift brought from Utah. Thank you Papa May!

DEMOLITION DERBY

After our fun day with Erinn yesterday, Gracey and I were eating dinner and I noticed some water around the baseboards. I thought maybe Gracey spilled some water, so I cleaned it up and didn't think any more of it. Well, later that evening I notice that the water was back... and back with a vengeance. Our hot water pipe burst and well as you can tell... we spent the day with a flood specialist, plumber's and contractors. It's going to be a long couple weeks. UGG.

A visit with Aunt Erinn

We met up with Aunt Erinn today in Orange County at the Irvine Spectrum for a little Cheesecake Factory, shopping and of course, Gracey's favorite past time...water.

...and no, it is not Cinco de Mayo. Erinn got Gracey this outfit in Mexico on the cruise, and well the beads... she has been putting those on daily. UGG.

I happened to get her a new suit today so this event worked out perfectly, minus the fact that she doesn't fit into 12-18 month clothing yet.

This little boy followed Gracey around and she decided to dance with him!
I think she is looking for approval
